i need help.Y wont my bars spin good and when i do a tailwhip the steering gets harder to turn.Can someone show me how to put a headset together like instructions.Thankyou

most likely your forktube is bent.

no, most likely your bearings are upside down. for the bottom, make the ball bearings face up and on the top make them face down. also, it might be too tight. tighten the 2 locknuts so the fork doesnt wobble, but it still moves smoothly.
