How good is this headset, is it compatible with promodels, and how is it installed? (I live in Canada so shipping might be a problem) Is it worth it?

ya its good, its compadible with pro models. you can take it to any bike shop to install it or you can just tap it in with a rubber mallat and a peice of wood. if you live in canada go to your local bike shop and they should carry these head sets, they are pretty popular
