My fsa always comes loose always its annoying the fuck out of me
What should I do?
Stock headsets seem better for threaded forks

use two top nuts and screw them on as tight as you like then tighten the top one against the other

get SR forks

I just put the tiniest, littlest bit of glue so it doesn't move but I can still get it off easy.

my fsa never comes loose u kno the bottom nut on the stock headset?well theres like a metal ring around juss cut it off and tighten it down and wont be as loose

I'm quite confused. The nut does not hold the thing down nice and steady? Or the cups come loose. If the cups come loose , Grr. I spent a looo0o0o0o0ng time trying to get those a$$holes in.Still not 100% in though.

Get this magical specially brewed stuff which is called Loc Tite. You probably know bout it but put more if the thingy don't stay in tight.

So , flood the fork threads with loctite , put the nut in , screw it how tight you want it and then shove the bars down hard so that if the nut wants to come loose , it can't really loosen too much.Okay.

tighten the shit out of it and eventually it will work its way smooth and shouldn't bother you anymore.

I don't know what you mean but it sounds bad.

I got another idea which may work. Take double sided tape. Make sure its not so broad. put some on the threads of the fork where the nut will be at when its tightened and then tighten the nut.

You know what I mean? Don't put loc tite on the nut if you want to use double sided tape. Liquid + double sided tape = I don't know.

use red loc-tite, its stronger than blue. and dont do that two sided tape thing, that just sounds stupid.

Yeah if you used the 2 sided tape, when you screw the nut on the tape would probably just get shreded haha.

it just takes time and patient...

What were you fixing?i give up trying to hammer the cups all the way in.Brought it to the shop and the dude gave up too.

FSA cups don't go in all the way anyway. I pressed my cups in with vice grips and it seems alot easier than hammering.
