on the dust cover hammer off the ring bit on it and then u can tighten it as tigh as you want and it doesnt move and still spins freely and then just tighten the locknut on top of it if u want to to stop it coming undone works perfectly

tighten the nuts against eachother, do not tighten it downward against the top cup, find the g-spot =]

pretty weird i went to go ride outside today and i think it adjusted by itself cause i went to barspin and they spun pretty fast and the bars didnt wiggle any body no y that happened?
