i got my new inward forks and put them on and i tighten my headset and everything and when i move my bars up and down my forks move up and down!
like my forks r tighten but everything is.
help?

you need to cut the slits on your bars longer. are they c4's? cuz the slits are probably too short and your bars arent all the way down on the headset.

Slits have to do with nothing but clamping.
