i saw this video and it got me thinking. im not in serious need of any health stuff now but its good to start before you need it. im a vege but beyond that i dont do anything for my health other then ride alot and play sports. i know as i get older riding will tax my body more, and i know there are ways to feed your body and treat it so this happens less. i know the older riders have probably dealt with this, any suggestions from you guys? any would be appriciated

by the way heres the video

he's saying that a lot of americans dgaf about health, which is true. America is the fattest country.
But yeah, there are Americans who are into health and stuff

i'm a health freak man, i only eat organic, i don't eat anything with cane sugar i don't eat anything processed, take vitamins daily and go to the gym everyday and let me tell you the difference it makes is unreal. i feel sad for people that aren't healthy they don't know what they're missing.

don't stress about health. its completely pointless to live a long healthy life if you're going to spend every second worrying about how many calories you're taking in and how many m&ms you're going to allow yourself.

there are people who live long as hell and eat like a horse yet theres people who eat all organic foods portioned out to the .01th of a calorie and die at 65.

just stick with it, it's hard at first cutting the bad stuff. and anything you look up as in studys done test made shit like that double check before you go with it cause there is A LOT of false information out there. and just cause you eat healthy doesn't mean you have to eat like a bird, i intake 3000-4000 calories everyday. eat small meals every few hours and don't stuff your self makes you feel better. also if you deside to take vitamins these are the ones i find help glucosamine, omegas (cod liver oil pills), vitamin c, and a multi vitamin.

I listened to some dude on the radio who talked about you having the ability to control your personal mood and feeling based on what you eat. Basically, the more healthy you eat, the happier and more free spirited you will feel. He mentioned eating nutritional yeast a lot. I went vegetarian for two months just to try it out and I'll be honest, I slept and felt much better all the time. School was less of a drag and I was much more willing to hop on my bike for a few miles. Just try eating healthier, not quitting cold turkey on shitty food, but just portion it less.
