yes i know this a exremely large bump but, is it possible to get the dimentions of everything becouse i wanna make one, it is a really good idea

You can measure it yourself by looking at your own scoot and the material that you could use.

As Madis said, it all depends on your preference AND the size of material you can get. The pro model length is 20 inches but I like longer decks so mine is 22". I would also like a wider deck but the only profile I could get was a little bit over 4" wide, which is rather a standard width. Practically the most important feature you have to remember about is that:

Which is a little bit about 1 1/4" - if it's too tight you would have to mess around with the brake. You can also measure your brake, and if it's not much wider than 1 1/4" you can use it's dimension. You will also need various spacers to choose from so you would be able to pick the right combination to make your back wheel fit tight.
 
Lasted? duh, it still lasts, it's winter and me and my brother hardly ever ride together though. I believe that it will last until I provide my bro a better scooter, considering how he broke like one or two unreinforced b model decks.
