Its hard for me to get heel bruises since I care alot in making my shoes feel comfortable. I have 1 stock Es level 2 bed cushioning , 1 after market ( lol ) foam thingy and 1 last silicon rubber ( gel ) heel cushions.

I get the feeling of heel bruise around my front foot though. I mean front part of my foot.

Hot pockets , probably try changing your socks or maybe your shoes are not right for you. Made in a way not for your foot or they are too big.

urgh i got one yesterday fingerwhiping a 7 stair all i did was land on my heel and it hurts to much so i have to walk on the tippy toes of that foot and you cant ride for a couple weeks or months till its fully healed
