I just ordered yaks (asked someone and they said they are good for me since I wont be riding to hardcore).

I will be getting a brand new pro tomorrow and bones red bearings, with a element griptape.

Yay :)

why the fuck dont you just ride it stock? your a freking beginner and you dont even have one scooter yet? the pro comes with good wheels and decent abec 5 bearings...the griptape is shitt but it lasts awhile and i think your jsut looking for something to spend your money on because you said you spent a LOT on your bike, right after you got done spending a LOT on airsoft and now your looking for something else to spend it on...scooters..

Lol, well my previous experience with razors isnt good so I pretty much expected the wheels to be shit from the start.

Grip tape is $6 why not get it lol.

Why not get bearings while I am putting new wheels on lol. So yea I got bearings.

I am done after getting the bolts to lock my scooter so it dosnt fold.

Then I am going to ask my friends dad (who is a welder for a huge company) to make me one peice bars after I see how that works. That will be very cheap since he wont charge most likely.

i bought a pair of yaks like two days ago.. i broke the rear one within 3 hours of ridding..
I'm running stock pro mod wheel in the back now and its smooth and it's last through some shit. I was blasting some flyout Supermans and 360 dub whips and i land hard with both and its held up nice.

No yaks..
14spoke razor wheels(They come stock on Pro Models.

Hmm, I dont do anything crazy though I will just be going off 3-4 foot high ledges and doing shit off that.

Then the rest would sort of be flatland.

Grip tape and bearings arrived just 5 minutes ago.

Now I am waiting on my scooter and wheels.

:)

And I will be going to get my bolts and nuts and washers to lock my foldy.

I am now going to search around the forum for some not video tutorial with pictures of locking the foldy.

Update: Scooter came its pretty cool, put deck grip on it and my old bmx grips and bar ends.

So far these yaks still havnt came, I emailed the company and they havnt responded yet so I will wait a few more days then file a dispute if they dont come/no response.



EDIT:

WOW.......They responded saying "Im sorry but yak research does no longer produce these wheels, thanks"

I sent them $ already...wtf? If they send me the cash back I will purchase new wheels....I am guessing gm for front/back.

buy a 104 or 100mm gm back and a 110 blank yak for the front...best cheap setup there is...if you want extra cheap get a low pro for the back
