A scooter is an extension of my body and with a helmet I don't feel like I'm getting the whole sensation. So no, I dont wear a helmet unless I have to

ever since i got my head wrecked when i first tried flairs i wear one. people thinks it looks stupid and i can't disagree but if we both lose control while trying to hang five whip off a high ledge and we smack the back of our head on the edge trying to go down who's going to be able to scoot the next day? the guy wearing a helmet or the one that didn't because it didn't look "cool".

My head is itchy with em and mines too small since I only wear it at parks where it's required it's not getting replaced any time soon

I wear em while riding park & street cause I love knowing I can throw down and not be afraid to hurt myself, plus I learned my lesson from not wearing one, smashed my face, got a concussion, and broke a tooth and had to get stitches in my gums haha. I like knowing I'm gonna be ok, and if I fuck up I'm going to be ok cause sometimes I can't control what happens to my body to a bail so I can't always keep my head safe.

I think they're really uncomfortable but I wear a hemet and helmets have saved me so many times. I don't wear one flat or on some easy street ledges/rails.

I hate riding with a helmet with all my heart. I have a dry scalp so it itches 24/7, it feels like I have a whale scrotum on top of my head with all that weight pushing down on my head, and I feel like it effects my riding by fucking up my balance.

i had a really terrible dry scalp for years until i got this as a present. its kinda expensive but lasts a long time. spray it all around your hair a good amount right after a shower (hair must be wet) and rub it in. on day one your head will itch a lot. after that your hair feels great and you don't have dry scalp. literally saved my life. use once a week.
