I'm new to scootering, so I didn't want to spend tons of money on a scooter. I was looking at two scooters but couldn't decide which one to get. Im going to give links to both scooters and list any modifications I would make. Please reply on which one you think would be best.
Scooter #1 - Fuzion Z250
LINK : http://fuzionproscooter.com/products/fuzion-z250-pro-scooter/
Modifications : Possibly new bars, ODI Longneck's.
Why I like it : Flex brake - no rattle, 110 mm wheels, ICS compression, Lightweight, GREAT price ($130), Wont spend so much money - in case scootering isn't my thing.
Why I dont like it: UGLY bars, Never heard of "fuzion" before..
Scooter #2 - Lucky/Razor Custom Street
LINK : http://www.luckyscoot.com/Razor-Pro-Scooter-Ultra-Pro-Street-p/107050-1100.htm
Modifications : None
Scooter parts :
Razor Ultra Pro w/
Lucky Bar Wrap
ODI Grips
Lucky Double Clamp
Lucky Brake
Lucky 100mm Metal Core Wheels
Enduro Bearings
MOB Grip Tape
Why I like it : Looks awesome, Lightweight, Great custom parts.
Why I don't like it : A bit pricey - don't want to spend tons in case scootering isn't my thing, but worth it. Razor forks bend easy, deck might snap, bars may snap (after a while)
I was also thinking of a Grit Elite, which is pretty much the same as the Custom Street, but has ICS, but has horrible bearings, grip tape, and wheels (I heard) Also, Im not a fan of the color combo's..
So, which do you think would be better for a beginner?
