Help I need A Cheap Setup!!

Ok So i want something that takes vids and pictures, High qualty but cheap 720p or higher.

I want one of those scorpian grips or x grips

And A fisheye

All for around 250 to 300

But i dont want crappy stuff so please help me i dont know much about it
