yeah bars go on and off pretty easy though and HIC stays way more tight

If you run HIC, i think a Aluminiunm shim would keep it tighter and won't slip as much.
I'm running HIC atm and its worked better than my ICS.
FYI although silly, you can ICS with HIC aslong as u have a 1.5" star nut or big washer and nut.
And also headlock systems work better than the star nuts and are way more compatible with forks and changing them as such.
