fork: u need a spacer.
scs: loosen the bolts, put grease on them, tighten them all at the same time, like 1/2 turn for one bolt, 1/2 for bolt 2, 1/2 turn for bolt3... .etc.
headset: ur headset isint compresseed al the way. tighten the bolt inside the scs , if u cant then u failed with ur starnut.

what i suggest is sell that scooter, buy a razor pro model and learn on that

it usually helps to point the camera at what you want us to see. then we might be able to see whats going on


put some washers on your axle, undo all the bolts on your scs, tighten the compression bolt(not too tight) then tighten all 4 bolts again

If u stripped ur STARNUT in ur fork, then the bolts just spinning in place right?. in that case you're really in deep shit. if its just really tight slowly un do it (by moving the allen key counter clockwise not clockwise). but sean these parts are truly too complicated for you to say the least.

dude... my starnut bolt is not stripped, the second bolt for the scs is stuck and idk if its stripped or not... what do I do?

use some brute force on than mofo and yank some leverage on it
and if that doesnt work drill the bolt out and use another spare bolt
