HELP?! Madd Gear Nitro/Ninja HIC Problem

Just got my madd gear nitro in red...i want to loosen the HIC but i dont know how to? I tried but it just turns around..:L

There is a nut on the bottom on the fork's take of your front wheel and you will see it hold that with soing spacer than do it
