Help me find these spots

At 1:51 and 2:18, they both look like Arizona (in fact I'm sure they are), but where?

Edit: Leads-First spot is by a Uhaul Climate Controlled Self Storage, across the street from an office that says "Harter" on it.

2nd spot-By a freeway? ID's not looking so good on this one.

Im not sure but 1:51 looks sorta like, Superstition springs or Paradise valley, idk exactly where and 2:18 is prolly the same place, just the back. Looks like they are the same.

i found like 9 uhal places but none of them look like it but i'll keep looking

edit- found this harter place looks like the spot, but can't tell if it is by a uhal place but here is here is the adress it might be the same as one of the uhal places in tempe- 1599 East Orangewood Avenue, Phoenix, AZ‎

yeah well when i found it the senery(sp) looks like it and its next to a freeway
