so i orded brass knuckles and i dont know where to get a star nut for my inward zero off set fork. and i have bufff bars and they have notches in them in that gonna be a problem ?

Cut the slits off. Get a star-nut installed in your fork. Make sure you also have a threadless headset.

When you have SCS, you only need one starnut in your fork. You don't need any in your bars.
