HELP ME!!

I was planning on cleaning out my headset, so I took out my compression bolt, and loosened the clamp. I tried twisting my bars and hitting them off but they wont come off my fork.
What should I do?

Yeah I looked for that thread but didnt find it. I got it off after like an hour of twisting.
