Hey, I bought some rad crow bars today (tapered crows) and when I was putting the bars on and everything, the slit became enlarged. Now when I can't put the bars on anymore and if I do they wiggle. The point is, can I pinch the slit anyway or do I have to go get my bars tapered again?

what do you mean?? if they got pressed out just use your clamp to push them back in

When ever it goes over the shim, it expands a ton and it feels like my bars are going to snap whenever i wiggle them.

i know whats wrong, you just need to put your shim on and just let it sit for awhile so the metal can expand back to where it needs to be and just dont mess with it, then you should be good

Oh, so its too tight at the top? Cuz whenever it goes over the shim it expands a ton.

haha yaa, i think it just needs to get used to your shim, it might be a bit think,

Oh i figured out what was wrong, i was using a headspacer and the bars could not fit over it. But the bars are still pretty hard to get on my scooter.

try cutting the slit bigger, or longer?
