Joel, I like seeing that you are trying to help your son out with scootering. Its cool how you realized that you should make a deck for him instead of buying them why not just make one? I hope all is going well and I will be checking up on this thread often now to see updates. *thumbs up*

Hi Folks, hope your all ok need your help as always, just finishing off bars for pro model and trying to work out best height and width, I realise its varies alot but trying to get a standard point to make the first batch and getting lots of different opinions. I know Razor do a low and hi pro at 21" and 26" bar heights and wondered if we should go in the middle maybe 23" just to make some to test What do you think? Once up and running the pro models will be hand built so you will be able to pick colours and heights to suit you so not major issue really just good to know for first full scoots. Thanks.

I foolishly got 2 sets made up to check them out without even thinking sizes, just checked and fortunately they are 23" tall and 19" wide so worked out nice by the look of it!

Hi everyone, will have first full scooters next week for pictures and very initial testing but only a couple and then if all fine will be followed by more the week after and then full production maybe 3-4 weeks as long as nothing causes any problems in testing, having that many interested people wanting them its great but no way I can start selling them until know for sure that they are solid. Price wise for the deck as Chadders and a lot of other people just want this to go with parts they already have will be around £45 as long as it proves to be fine the way it is (only putting that as should be fine but if need to strengthen or change in any way may affect price slightly) this price puts us over £10 cheaper than an Ultra Pro Deck, £25 under district and £120 under a Pheonix, have been told by a few people that if they look too cheap no-one will buy them but I started the whole project to make good affordable scooters so if I can sell them for £45 I will do, not going to make them £100 just so they look more exclusive (and to make a nice profit) hopefully everyone will still see they are good and are just a genuinely good price rather than a cheap deck.
