alright soo i sound like a douch but i wanna get this sorted,how the hell do u get the sleeve thing out of the madd foldy i want it out!!!! so i can put a decent sized bolt there!!!!!

Hi Mate!

The way i got all mine out is what Matt mention, get a screwdriver and hammer and smash it till it pops out. If you are worried about damaging it, then get something plastic and bang it with that, or put a bit of rubber over the tip of the screwdriver or a peace of cloth or something...
