yea well i want to do the locked folding mech mod, and i have a newer A model, but im gonna get an original A or a pro but back to the point, i read in the "mod bible" that you have to use 3 "axels" or something like it, my question is what the hell are these axels? were do they come from? and as for "something like it" what kind of bolts/screws do you guys recomend? yes this sounds really newbish but i am a newb to these mods so yea. all help apreciated.

you will need:

(3 bolts total)

two 2&1/2" long 5/16" wide bolts

one 2&1/2" long 3/8" wide bolt

(2-3 spacers) depending on the model of scooter.
(1 nut) to fit on the 3/8" bolt
(two nuts) to fit on the 5/16" bolts.

no john..he has a NEW A DECK ..he kind with out the locking folding mech. so he will have to only use 2 bolts..what i would do is just take the scooter apart first then.. go to homedepot and find which bolts work the best..make sure you get the screws with the rubber thing on the end too.

definatly throw that new A into the trash, and if i were you id go for the pro model since they can usually last longer

to set the record straight, i am trying to figure out how to lock my new A but i AM gonna buy an original A or a pro in the future but untill then i gotta make due with what i got.
