First of all let me just say that ive looked through the forum and cant see this exact question answered by anyone, so here goes!
I recently got my new Swish one-piece bars but the end does not have a thread like my old stock jd bug and bullet bars do. This seems to suggest i have to rely on the clamps to keep the bars from swivelling around or worse, coming out mid-trick altogether!
This doesnt inspire me with confidence as they are already swivelling off-centre even though ive used a monster extension to my allen key to get it as tight as humanly possible.
Am i missing something here or is it just a case of continually tightening up until it beds in? will the thread on the column that the bars slide over eventually cut into the bars to effectively create a thread?
help!
