well seem as that you are a beginner i wouldent get an ultra pro but maybe a madd gear there very light

Lives in america.
He doesnt need a aftermarket deck, there $80+ and he's only a begginer.
So, Original Madd Gear would be good, you can get regular madd gears in Kmart or target. There $50.

get inward bars
French ID fork
Eagle Wheels (just get your first wheels used they are cheaper... thats the only thing i buy used)
Proto SCS (if you get FID, dont get ICS i had it and it realy didnt do anything but hold the fork to the bars when the clamps were off)
and just use a pro deck if you have one or buy an ultra pro cause the high end one piece decks a prob a little to much money for you at the moment if you just starting
