Help: unlock Motorola Razr

Anybody here good with phones?

I just got a T-mobile Motorola Razr from a friend. Here is my problem. I have AT&T service. Currently the phone requires a T-mobile SIM card to be used. I need to unlock it so it can opperate on my SIM card. I've seen unlocked phones before and I've unlocked one myself, but I cant find a website that unlock T-mobile Razrs free of charge. Every phone has its own unlock code. That code is generated from the IMEI. Heres mine.
