Canon Rebels are cool to start with, buying a lens for 100 bucks is not cool.

the rebel xsi is an awesome camera but you wont be able to find a wide angle/fisheye for 100$ thats even worth it
if your getting an dslr than you should get a good feel for the camera before you get any wide angle lenses
