Okay so I did a whip off a loading dock which is 5 feet high over a 12 foot mulch gap, and right when I landed it, my headset jammed on one side. It is an S-3. So, when i spin the bars halfway around, it gets tight. When i continue to spin the bars, it becomes loose again. Anyone know how to fix this?

Take the whole headset apart, and put everything back together slowly so you don't mess up. It happens to me every now and then.

I have S-3 now as well but before I had a needle headset that did the same you're talking about. It must be because the headset is broken. That happends sometimes.
One thing you can do is, to check if the ahead bearing inner ring is on the way to pop out. If it is, then just press it back.
