im getting mad lol i cant figure out why my headset wont spin when i tighten down the bars n stuff it wont spin any more, could it be the fork race is the wrong size? cuz i have my fork a race, bearing then deck and then top bearing with the little orange dust cover thing then a top cap then the compression cap then bars?

it goes bearing, then compression ring, then dust cover.

what do u mean whats the dust cover look like?

so there is a bearing, then the little ring that is tapered and has a lit in it, then the very top part that covers the whole top of the headset.
