HIC Bolt Cap Stripped where do I buy a new one for my MGP VX4 Team

I have a Madd Gear Pro VX4 Team scooter and the Top cap for the compression(HIC) has stripped and the threads have worn down, I cannot screw it in. Were can I buy a new one? I have looked for hours and I cannot find a replacement unless I buy the whole fork. If you could help I would appreciate that, Thank you.

Scooter I have: MGP VX4 Team Scooter with Threadless for forks and integrated Headset.

Or just rig up a new HIC system, I don't know how the new forks are but with the old ones they used to have like an inverted version of HIC, you would run an ICS bolt from the bottom of the fork up through the shim and top cap then just screw a nut on the end and there you go new HIC compression. Where to find a bolt that will be long enough is up to you though.

I know exactly what you mean, but I think only the old forks (VX2 and lower) had the forks that would fit the bolt, now the forks won't be able to fit the bolt and the Team forks are just a hollow tube haha

I'd buy either a new fork and keep the team one as a spare (its chromo so its worth keeping) and find the top cap bolt off a shop or friend

Yeah fair enough, couldn't you use a regular ICS bolt? Like the ones with the cap on the end to stop it getting pulled through?

i think that'd work yeah, ive only ever used ICS once and have put no effort into finding out ways to use it so i dont know much about using them in hollow forks hahaha
