Hic clamp and bar slit length?

I got some new bars (hic apex bars) and they came with a slit this long and I put my hic tilt clamp on and the slit sticks out this much. Is it ok that it sticks out this much like will they snap cause it's that long and what hic shim should I use or does it matter? Only asking cause I've seen bars snap at the slit but I don't go like super hard so I was wondering.

use the biggest shim, you should be fine your bars wont snap haha

i would use a triple clamp to cover up the whole slit because im paranoid about that kinda thing haha

to cover the entire apex slit you need like a clamp the size of a tilt scs

I don't have one only a tilt double clamp.

id just use it then idk anything about hic i haven't had it in awhile but you should be fine if its only one slit
