I recently bought a complete phoinex with there tlc fork and hic bars. So i screw on the hic shim and put on the bars but when im moving the bars to get them centered with the wheel it moves the hic. This loosens the hic and makes the headset looser also. And it really hard to take of.Eventually when i got it perfect the headset spins slow as hell.plzzzzzz help

stretch the clamp when you take them off and align them. that's what I always did, it works fine.

align the forks and bars before you put the bars on all the way on it works way better and is alot faster

I did that everything is alligned but the scooter is dialed and it spins really slow. Ill rest it on mi foot and spin it and it will spin 1 and a half times. How do i fix this. I have the tlc fork so it has the tlc hic shim.

how do i stretch the clamp there built into the barss.

Unscrew the bolts and put them in through the other side
Then screw them in- this will push the tubing open rather than squeezing it together
Then pull them out and put them in the correct way to tighten

how fast is hic supoosed to spin. If I put it on my foot and spin it. It spins 2 and a half to 3 times is this normal.

Hold your scooter by the headtube, and spin your bars like a bar spin. If they spin less than 2 times, WAY TOO TIGHT
If they spin more than 4 times, way too loose.
2 and a half to three is decent.
