HIC Question

Up until now I have been running a Razor Ultra Pro fork with standard Inward T-bars. I just got a Phoenix Integrated deck and I am planning on getting HIC Crows off The Freestyle Depot and a Threadless Lucky NW fork with starnut installed off Luckyscoot.com. I was going to stretch an old pro model clamp to fit the bars and I have a top cap and bolt from a can-creak S1 headset. I am new to the whole HIC compression and wanted to make sure I didn't need anything else. If i get the crow bars, fork, and use the stretched clamp, will I be all set or will i need to order a HIC Kit or something?

no no no no well wait wait wait i would buy a district clamp of inward cuz pro model clamps are shit when fit on crows get them of inward scooters .com

dont you need the HIC shim also? that would help a lotttttttt. and yea i agree with not using razor clamps for HIC. districts is aight, but i stripped mine.
