HIC Shim stuck in prys

So I couldn't get the bars off after loosening the clamp all the way but then the bars and shim started moving so i unscrewed the whole set up off the forks. Now I got a shim stuck in my bars and a useless Half knuck (bolt broke in half inside)

Anyone have any Ideas on getting the shim out??

get a flat head and a hammer and widen up the slits. pull it out and bend the slits back in.

The same exact thing happend to my lucky pry bars.

or attach a bolt too the compresion bolt (something for pliers to grab onto) and pull the bitch out, and stick a tiny screwdriver in the hole of the clamp and spin it really quickly whilst putting alot of pressure on it and the friction will get whats left of the bolt out
