HIC stuck

My hic shim is stuck inside of my bars I've tried heating them and grabbing it with plyers trough the slit but it's still stuck.

did you try squeezing it together so that it shrinks or w.e ? just try to grab it with the tool that you would use to tighten a threaded headset. sorry idk name of tool im only a chick ! lmao. hope it helps.
