history of scootering?

Hey there fellow ridders, I am doing a powerpoint for school and we where suppose to pick a topic that you are intrested in and i said "Why not do this only my biggest passion of all time? Scootering. I do love scootering, its what i live for. but i relised there isn't really any actrual information how scootering got started and why the first scooter was made.

If anyone knows the true origin of scootering, could you please reley ASP!!!

The first freestyle scooter was a dirt scooter made by mongoose in the 80's, it was just a joke that one of mongooses employees did with extra wheel that they had. But they caught on, then died off.
