ok, ive got:
blunt sob forks, threadless, and with a starnut installed
a BIKE top cap
compression bolt
threadless headset
and a shim i made by cutting the slit off a set of chromally bars
and oversized batwings

will i be able to put it all together and make hic??? in theory it should work but before i buy my bars i wanna know this'll definately work

ps: its going towards a complete im making that'll be for sale if anyones interested

fork is standard size, not ihc

Wait so you can use the bottom of chromoly bars (with the slits on both sides) to make the shim? And it works fine?

the shim probly wont be tall enough, unless ur bars had a massive slit cuz the sob fork has a long forktube
