dude 40 bucks tsi's are like 130

TSI's are 160 shipped. First of all and the whole reason of this thread to make homemade decks, not 12872198394634 $ for one, otherwise I'd just buy TSI.
Unless Jon'll sell his, I'll buy it but it can't be above 100, otherwise we'd might as well buy TSIs. Thanks

I want to make one with zero welds, cause i don't have access to a welder
Take your foldy rails off a broken pro
Take all measurements off it as well
Get a rectangular box pipe 25mm or 20mm by 100mm or 125mm (what ever size you want)
Cut to ur length
Drill holes for foldy rails
Cut out the space for the back wheel and brake
Drill holes for brake bolt and back wheel
tighten ur foldy rails on, buy loger bolts for the back wheel and brake
And your done!
Its a cheap light deck!

my dad makes flatland bmx frames and him and i were talking about making a scooter but out of chomoly. It would only be slightly heavier and alot stronger. I also wanted to use and integrated headset like on all bikes now. Its only logical that such a simple headseat would be used. I will have a test model with pics up within the next like few weeks

Dude seriously, get smart and think about making a deck. It can't possibly be that hard for you to figure it out.. draw out a design and get what you need. Lowes or any other home improvement store is bound to have what you're looking for.. Get smart, seriously.
