Just so you know TSI is Patenting the FlexFender. We are working on a Titanium one and chromoly one.

Why do you need titanium and chromoly?? Does the Aluminium one wear out over time or something?

I don't think a patent can stop people from bending a piece of metal and drilling 2 holes in it. It can however, stop companies from mass producing and selling an identical product to the flex fender.

i made a couple flex brakes last night and this morning, they black with a silver strip.
