Homemade forks

I am thinking about making a custom fork and i am tring to get ideas. Post pics if you have them

Thats pretty cool your going to make your own forks.
Just remeber to make them strong and light. Use Cromoly
4130 for the type of metal and you could do a "SR" style
for or an "Inward" style fork.

steel material, what is normaly used through out the world on most makes of scooter forks, not meaning aftermarket ones

weld a plate enbetween the fork legs and then grind it down so wheels fit.
weld a tube into the forktube.
