I searched and the only thread was locked...

I tried it for the first time tonight, a nice citrus mist flavor. Anybody else hit up hookah at all? It was a nice little buzz.

Some say it is worse for your body than cigarettes, and others say the complete opposite. What is the real truth?

idk but my friends dad let her get a hookah haha imma get some
also my other friend has a hookah that we smoke bud out of haha

hookah is infact better for you then cigarretes. cigarretes are gross. might i add that if you start doing hookah alot, i recommend an apple flavor or a form of blueberry flavor.
also this may sound weird, but if you get the chance let the hookah flavor sit in the rain overnight, it will give it a fresh flavor.

it's good for smoke tricks. but if you smoke weed out of your hookah you pretty much fucked up your hookah forever. resin & shit gets in the hoses & are impossible to get out. but it makes me feel lightheaded and want to die. i've always wondered if it's bad for you or not though.

my O's were on point today, i blew one and it got all the way to my girl friend(just homies) and she inhaled it. sickest thing ever. aha

shisha doesnt have most of the poisons and toxins and stuff in ciggarettes. i like it alot, its a nice social and chill expierience, plus i have killer 0's

hookah is still tobacco but coverd up with a fruity taste .......... just becuase theres water in the hookah pipe its still not filtered like a cigarette nd both still contain carbon monoxide , hookah is also smoked for longer periods of time with much deeper nd more frequent pulls just bc its smooth and tastes good doesnt mean its good for u

Inhaling a foreign substance into your lungs isn't good regardless.

Anyway, I heard putting some ice and a little bit of condensed milk into the base (along with the water) makes the smoke very thick and sweet.

jake bradley u dont kno shit bout tobacco you've never smoked a cigarette in ur life nd probly never will so stop trying to act like the hookah resource pro.... all tobacco is bad for u no matter how much or how little u smoke or in wat so stfu i smoke hookah and cigarettes, dont act like just because u reword tobacco into shisha or hookah that it makes it harmless. carbon monoxide harms u try 2 prove that wrong

My friend brought his hookah over to my other friends house that i always chill at heres a pic of a few friends in the circle and the hookah!

It's worse for you because each drag is larger than with cigs and a Hookah sesh can last a lot longer, which means you're inhaling more smoke, which by the way is the same as cig smoke.
