How do i install cane creek headset cups?

you have to put them in a viice and tighten them slowely thats the way i do it and it never broke for me

If you don't have a vice use a rubber mallet and not a metal hammer

get steve to do it, but you can also just rest a peice of wood on it and hit the wood agiainst it untill it goes in.

home made brearing cup press 1"x 7" bolt 1"nut 4 wahers and some grease, about $9 at Ace hardware
