how do i tighten a headset (on a scooter)

just wonderin how i tighten my headset on razor pro models.

also if i get a good headset does it make the deck/bars spin faster?

Theres 2 nuts in between the headtube and top headset cup, get a pair of channel locks and tighten them.

im a bit confused so like theres a circle thing that i twist and it moves on of the locks or do i have to move both, if u do how do i move the other

how coem when u tighten the headset up it like tightens onto the bearings and makes turning the wheel impossible bt if u loosen it off the headset wobbles is ??there a way to not have this problem i put a fsa headset on butthesame thing happened

it puts pressure on the bearings and its unable to spin and yes a better headset results in being more solid and spinning faster and smoother
