how do u make an rup dialed?

My biggest problem was the brake, and I was too lazy to fix it. Anyway, I tightened the headset and that helped a lot. Also, I used locktite on the wheels.

Tighten everything as much as you can (but for the headset, just tighten it enough to where it doesn't wobble or rattle at all).

Also, once your brake spring gets loose, put a 2x2 or 3x2 lego brick under it. Works like a charm.

my rup is pretty dialed its just that i can tighten the headset for no wobble but my bars dont spin. kinda pisses me off.

Yeahh sometimes you just gotta deal with that, or get a threadless headset. Keep checking on ebay, cause you can find good headsets for suuuuper cheap on there every once and a while.

Or clean it and then oil it, not grease it. I've run my headset like this for ages and haven't come across any problems. I can tighten my headset as tight as I can put it and it still spins
