how do u make bars???

ok i no there is already threads like this but i cant find any answers. to make one piece bars wat kind of meatal do u need and also i need dimensions please. also what kind of clamps do u need

so please tell me how to make some cuz i need a pair

Making Handlebars For Your Scooter

If you would like to make some strong one-piece handlebars for you scooter there are a few things you are going to need:

-tig (recommended) or mig welder. or someone who can weld it for you
-4130 chromoly handlebar = [link]
-4130 chromoly steer tube = [link]
-drill/file and temple to make a hole/notch in the steer tube so the tubes will fit together snugly
-a jig to keep the tubes square during welding

now just get the tubes, notch/drill the steer tube, put both in the jig, and weld them together.

This was found in the scooter modding thread.

k thanks i just found out today that my dad bought an aluminum welder so i can make aluminum one piece bars

and maby i will start selling them so pm me and ill see if they turn out good or if they suck so ya =))

Forget aluminium bars, aluminium bends/snaps 4x easier than steel/chromoly tubing.
