how do u remove a headset please

how do u remove stock cups please help or i wasted 35 bucks

Get a flat head screw driver and a hammer.
Take your forks out.
Hit the flat head with a hammer on the inside of the headtube where the cups are.
Search next time.

i did this for the first time today, really easy.. make sure u hammer it out keeping the cups level

take it to a bike store. they should take out and install the cups for a tiny cost.

take a stock bar take the fork out put the tube on the cup and hammer it out its the best way i think.
