how do u tape bearings

to put in ovalized wheels whenever i try this it helps for 5 mins and then it rattles again what is the proper way to do this

Ight.
Make sure your bearings are out.
Tape around where the bearing slot.
Hit the bearings in and they should be good for a while.
When they start to make the noise again just repeat this procedure.

u cant do anything. its ovalised. tape does nothing!
