I'm not sure if there's anymore...haven't heard of any. I just spin, let go, and catch. I've always done it that way. Even when I was like 9 and rode BMX haha.

I throw with my right hand and catch it with the left, then put my right back on as I start going down. Busdrivers are a lot of fun to do in trucks and stuff, I think they look kind of cool.
