How do you bolt a Razor pro??

hey guys im getting a razor pro soon and some mates of mine have it also, im wondering how do you bolt the folding mech to stop the handle bars moving? (a vid on how to do it would be very nice), also do you need to bolt it??

if you go to the 'scooters' part of SR you will get the threads and the stickies. the stickies have really important info and are at the top of the page. the one you need for this is the 'scooter modding super thread'
