how do you bolt B forks?

i just traded my old fork for a old b fork w/ the red springs in them please tell me how to bolt them!

Take out the springs.
Drill through the top caps where the springs rested up against, to 1/4"
Put 1/4" bolts with spacers in the hole.

Find the length that fits your wheel.

You'll need..
2 1/4" bolts
8 1/4" washers
1/4" spacers
