How do you get Loctite off?

my idiot friend put it on the threads of my dominator forks. and my stock headset broke. so i wanna put my top cup of my fsa on. but this --- wont come off. Please help.

Spray some WD40 or liquid wrench on the threads and let it sit, then clamp onto the nut and go to town. If you can put the fork legs in a vice it would work better, but if you don't have a vice just put a t-tube between the fork legs and use it for better leverage.

alright thanks so much alex. Ill take other suggestions too. i wanna get this thing off asap.

Bumppppppp. i cant get a good hold on it. its the tiny nut thing (be matureeee) this is frustrating.

you mean the big nut for the compression?. is, then put the nut in the vice and use a t-tube between the legs for leverage. but dont tighten the vice too much on the compression nut, or else you will just make it harder on yourself.

im running a stock headset and a threaded dsa fork. i mean the little one that is annoying to get off. hahaha

just pour some paint thinners on a rag and rub it on the locktite.
thinners <3

There is no little nut to get the fork off. You already have the bars off, right? All you should have to do is loosen the big nut that's just above the headset.
